Return policy

We think you'll love your Vilyno products! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of purchase or receipt of the package as described by the Consumer Code : Section 6: Right of withdrawal applicable to contracts concluded remotely and off-premises ... (Articles L221-18 to L221-28 )

You will be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges but excluding return charges.

Indeed, in the event of a return request, you will be asked to return the package to our warehouse, the costs being at your expense. Any refund can only be made if the package has not yet been shipped or after it has been returned to our warehouse in China.

Additionally, you will need to fill out a form and include it with the return package. This will be sent to you upon receipt of your withdrawal request by email to contact@vilyno.com.

Please note: Products subject to personalization cannot be returned, in accordance with the law in this regard.
