Shipping Policy

All orders ship for just €4.99 (excluding offers). Shipping times will vary depending on your location. You can expect most shipments to arrive within 5-8 business days depending on your location, including deliveries within the European Union.

This does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes, which are only estimates, and does not commit us to this. Indeed, it is possible that, beyond our control and beyond our scope of action, packages may take longer to be delivered, whether due to a production or shipping delay. If this happens, we will do our best to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, and we will keep you informed of any progress.

Please note that the delivery time is supplemented by a processing time of 1 day for packages without personalization and 2 days for packages with personalization.

Mother's Day Special: Optimized delivery for May 26th allows those who wish to order in advance to have the package delivered on a date close to Sunday the 26th. Of course, Colissimo only delivers on business days.
